Your Questions, Answered

  • Sessions refresh monthly and cannot be carried over to the following month. Unused sessions expire at month-end with no credit or refund. We recommend booking your sessions at the beginning of each month to ensure you don't miss out.

  • Absolutely! Your session choices are flexible month to month. You can choose what your body needs most - whether that's deep relaxation with holistic massage or targeted mobility work with fascia bodywork.

  • We require 24-hour notice for all changes. Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of your appointment incur a 20% fee of the session value. No-shows result in forfeiture of that monthly session.

  • We require at least 48-hour advance booking for all subscription sessions. This ensures you can secure your preferred times and helps us maintain consistent care for all our members.

  • Yes! Memberships can be temporarily suspended for up to 60 days with advance notice for medical or travel reasons. Just give us a heads up and we'll take care of the rest.


  • All tiers require a 3-month minimum commitment because lasting change takes time. After your minimum period, memberships auto-renew monthly. You can cancel with 30-day written notice.

  • Sessions are non-transferable and cannot be shared with friends or family members. Each subscription is designed for one person's consistent healing journey.

  • You can modify your membership tier with 30-day written notice. Changes take effect at your next billing cycle.
