The Numinous Moon wasn't a business plan. It was what remained after everything else fell away.

In the spring of 2025, I let go of a farm I had built with my own hands — and the last version of a life I had already been quietly outgrowing for years. What I didn't know when I enrolled in massage school — originally because I wanted to work with the face therapeutically, and massage licensing was the only path that let me do that without the parts of esthetics training that didn't fit — was that I was about to meet my calling.

It happened mid-session during an internship. A stranger came to me in pain. She trusted me enough to lie on a table in a darkened room, mostly bare, and let me touch her body in a way that might help. And I wept — quietly, while I worked — because I understood in that moment what an extraordinary privilege that is. To be a channel for someone else's healing. To be trusted that completely.

The Numinous Moon exists to hold that same quality of space for every woman who walks through the door. Numinous: that which is spiritual, mysterious, awe-inspiring. That which points toward something larger than what the rational mind can hold. That is what I bring to the table — literally — and what I believe every woman deserves access to in her own body.
