A sacred space to reconnect with your body through massage, movement, sound, and subtle energy.
Every session is guided by your body’s cues, your breath, and your deeper emotional rhythms.

Healing is Not Linear

This is the work that breathes beneath everything I offer.
Massage, movement, sound, and subtle energy are not separate tools —
they are a single, spiraling path back into your body.

A reconnection to the body’s natural rhythms,
to its energetic highways,
to the wisdom stored in every cell.

I didn’t enter healing through muscle — I entered through energy.
What began with the teachings of Donna Eden and Prune Harris became the foundation of this work:
the sacred, spiraling dance of energy through the body.
From tracing meridians to inviting lymph to flow,
from unwinding fascia to the rhythm of breath and stillness —
movement has become my deepest teacher.

This isn’t about pushing. Or performance.

It’s about presence.

It’s about listening to the subtle, the stuck, the sacred —
and letting the body lead the way home.

  • Intuitive, healing touch.
My hands don’t just massage your muscles—they listen to the stories your body tells. Through fascia release, meridian therapy, and intuitive bodywork, I invite your system back into balance. Tension softens, energy flows, and your body remembers its own wholeness.
    MASSAGE & BODYWORK »

  • The body keeps the score—and also the story.
Here we explore the fascia as a living web that holds our experiences and use somatic inquiry to unwind what no longer serves. You’ll be surprised what shifts when the tissue softens.
    FASCIA & SOMATICS »

  • Supporting vitality through light touch and intentional movement

  • Softness as strength. Stillness as surrender.
In yin, we hold the body with tenderness—staying in postures long enough for tension to dissolve, emotions to surface, and space to be created. This is where we meet our edges and sit with them in grace.
    YIN PRACTICE »

  • Your breath is your anchor, your guide, your medicine.
This practice opens space through conscious breathing, whether in slow, meditative patterns or activating journeys. Breath becomes the bridge between mind and body, shadow and light.

    TAKE THE JOURNEY »

  • Sound as soulwork. Frequency as healer.
Tuning forks, resonance tools, and subtle vibration help the body shift into coherence. Think of this as a sound bath for your cells—a recalibration into your natural rhythm.

  • Each session is a conversation with your body. I begin by listening — to your words, your energy, your breath. We’ll move at your pace. Sessions are fully customized using massage, somatic techniques, and supportive tools like hot stones, gua sha, and cups. You’ll leave feeling more connected, resourced, and at home in yourself.

  • Your birth chart is a map — one I reference (with permission) to guide and deepen our work. Using medical astrology, I can bring insight to the body's patterns and sensitivities, helping us support your nervous system, immune system, and emotional well-being on a deeper level. This is always offered with reverence and respect.

  • Massage sessions involve undressing to your comfort level. You’ll be draped appropriately during your session. Feel free to remove your underwear if you are comfortable doing so. The goal is for you to be comfortable; I am trained to make sure everything that needs to be covered is covered at all times. Just bring yourself, as you are.

  • I don’t offer traditional “deep tissue” as a blanket technique — and here’s why:

The old idea that “no pain, no gain” doesn’t apply in this space. There’s no rule (or science) that says massage must be painful to be effective.

Sometimes, your body may need deep work in specific places — but just as often, gentle or moderate pressure can offer profound release. I work with your nervous system, fascia, and energetic body to go deep where your body calls for it — not where it’s forced.

True healing happens when the body feels safe, not when it’s overwhelmed.
This work is about connection, not coercion.

Fascia & Somatic Awareness

Fascia Map

🟣 Jaw

The gate of control + unspoken truths.
Clenching here is often the body’s way of holding in words, emotions, or rage that never got to speak. This is where we “bite back” and “grit through.”

→ Somatic cue: Soften your tongue. Unclench your power.

🔵 Neck & Shoulders

The burden zone.
Carrying the weight of responsibility, pressure, and "holding it all together." When you feel tight here, ask: Whose load am I carrying?

→ Somatic cue: Drop your shoulders. Let your breath widen your collarbones.

💗 Heart/Chest

The sanctuary of grief + guarded tenderness.
Fascia here tightens when we’ve armored ourselves against heartbreak or stayed small to feel safe. It longs for breath and bravery.

→ Somatic cue: Place a hand here and breathe. Whisper, It’s safe to feel.

🟡 Solar Plexus/Upper Belly

The command center.
Tension here reflects control, over-efforting, or a disconnection from personal power. A chronically braced core is often trying to hold everything in.

→ Somatic cue: Loosen the belly. Let your breath bloom wide and low.

🟠 Lower Belly/Womb Space

The sacred center of intuition + creation.
This is where we stuff what we don’t want to feel—shame, trauma, lost desires. The fascia here often holds decades of silence.

→ Somatic cue: Rest your hand here. Invite softness. Let what’s buried rise gently.

🔴 Hips

The vault of stored emotion + ancestral echoes.
Our hips bear what we haven’t processed: trauma, fear, anger, stagnancy. When they ache, it’s often a cry for release.

→ Somatic cue: Move in slow spirals. Let the hips speak without words.

⚪ Legs & Knees

The pillars of support.
Tightness here can reflect fear of instability, or legs braced from always being “on guard.”

→ Somatic cue: Bend your knees slightly. Let the earth carry some of the weight.

🌎 Feet

The roots + forward motion.
Our feet are often disconnected from presence. Fascia tightness here may signal fear of movement or loss of direction.

→ Somatic cue: Spread your toes. Press into the ground. Say: I am supported.

Yin

The Gateway of Stillness

Yin Yoga invites us to pause—to settle into the silence beneath sensation. It’s not about flexibility. It’s about presence.

In these long-held postures, we explore the landscape of the body, the breath, and the unseen. This is the yoga of deep listening, of surrender, of subtle power.

It is not the pose that’s the goal, but the quality of awareness within it.
