Eclipsed Full Moon in Pisces

Full Moon Lunar Eclipse in Pisces — 15°

Element: Water
Body Parts Ruled: Feet, lymphatic system, immune system, pineal gland
Emotional Theme: Release · Trust in Flow

The Pisces Full Moon Eclipse is no ordinary lunation—it’s a cosmic turning point, a spiritual reckoning. Pisces, the mystic of the zodiac, rules the dreamtime, intuition, and the sacred art of surrender. When the light of the Sun is eclipsed in this watery sign, illusions dissolve, and we’re left with truth shimmering like gold nuggets at the surface. This is a progress report from the Universe: where are you still clinging to what is no longer aligned, and what needs to be sifted out?

In the body, Pisces governs the feet and lymphatic system—our channels of release. Just as lymph carries away what we no longer need, this eclipse helps us detox the energetic debris that clouds intuition. Traditional Chinese Medicine links Pisces’ watery wisdom to the Kidney meridian, the seat of fear and willpower. By soothing the waters, we restore flow, soften fear, and reclaim trust in the unknown.

This is a time to rest your logical mind and let your inner knowing lead. Release control, sink into meditation, and allow yourself to be carried by currents greater than yourself.

✧ Supportive Yoga Poses

Pisces Full Moon Flow

Pisces rules the feet and lymphatic system, inviting gentle, fluid movement and restorative postures that encourage release and trust. This eclipse season, focus less on “doing” the pose and more on being in it—melting into the current of your own breath.

  • Supta Baddha Konasana (Reclined Bound Angle Pose) → Lying back with the soles of your feet together and knees open wide, this posture stimulates the feet and groin while gently opening the hips. By allowing the legs to fall open, circulation in the lymphatic system improves, helping the body’s natural detox pathways. Energetically, it softens resistance and opens space for intuitive downloads to flow in.

  • Viparita Karani (Legs-Up-the-Wall Pose) → Resting with your legs extended up a wall, the blood and lymph drain gently back toward the heart, easing heaviness and supporting the immune system (Pisces’ domain). This inversion soothes the nervous system and helps regulate emotions that feel overwhelming. Spiritually, it offers a new perspective—flipping your world upside down to release illusions and invite clarity and alignment.

  • Balasana (Child’s Pose) → Folding forward with the forehead on the mat, the feet tucked beneath you, this posture grounds the body while stimulating the pressure points of the feet—Pisces’ sacred zone. The gentle compression of the belly against the thighs calms the mind and signals safety to the nervous system. Emotionally, it invites surrender, making it the perfect posture for releasing grief, fear, or the need to control.

✨ Move slowly, breathe deeply, and let your body melt into the current of the practice.

✧Affirmation
